- provides ongoing and comprehensive services to business entities;
- gives advice and provides legal consultation to individuals;
- prepares legal opinions;
- prepares draft agreements as well as draft pleadings and official letters;
- ensures representation before common courts, arbitration courts and the Supreme Court;
- represents clients before public administration bodies and the Supreme Administrative Court;
- mediates and negotiates on behalf of its principals.
Depending on the needs of our clients, legal assistance is provided:
- personally in the registered office of the Law Office;
- personally in the registered office of a client;
- personally at the site specified by a client;
- via fax or phone; and
- via Internet.
